LEAFY BRACT: Large leaf like bract.

SPATHE: Large brightly coloured and cover spadix inflorescence.

INVOLUCRE: A large number of bracts form compact one or more whorls around a flower or an inflorescence.

GLUMES: Dry and scaly bracts found in association with spikelet inflorescence.

BRACTEOLE: A secondary bract at the base of an individual flower.
